1. Parties
This agreement is between KLIK INVESTMENT PLC (klik Business) and the customer named in the executed order form. The full long-form legal copy will be supplied by counsel before launch. This page is the single canonical destination for the klik Business master service agreement and links to the operating schedules.
2. Services
Services include document delivery, pharmacy logistics, e-commerce last-mile, and corporate meals as described in the order form and the relevant module page on this site.
3. SLA reporting
Monthly SLA reports are issued within ten business days of month-end. Each report covers route-level performance, exception handling, and reconciliation.
4. Invoicing
Postpaid invoicing on net 15 terms. Payments accepted via Telebirr or bank transfer in Ethiopian Birr.
