Why is pharmacy delivery on the 664 line?
We are upgrading the regulated pharmacy flow inside the klik app. During the relaunch the dispatch team handles pharmacy orders directly over the phone.
Can you deliver prescription medication?
Yes, with a valid prescription. Items are sealed at the partner pharmacy, signed for at handover, and tracked through dispatch.
How do I pay?
Telebirr, M-Pesa, CBE Birr, or cash on delivery, the same as every other klik order.
