The group operates the klik consumer app (food, groceries, parcels, gifts, books and more), klik Partner (the merchant platform), and klik Business (the B2B logistics suite covering documents, pharmacy logistics, e-commerce, and corporate meals).
The fleet is owned, the riders are full-time klik employees, and the operation is anchored across rider stations in Piassa, Summit, Bole, and Lebu. The platform is non-transactional from a marketplace perspective: every consumer order routes to the klik app or the 664 call center, every business engagement routes to a sales demo.
